Know your body, the way Chinese medicine reads it
Your fatigue, your cold hands, that muzzy feeling at 3 PM — classical pattern theory treats them as one picture, not six complaints. Answer a few questions and see which picture your body is drawing.
Pick where to start

Seven ways to answer, one scoring model
A 27-item questionnaire is not how everyone wants to spend a Sunday. Any assessment can also be taken as a story, a swipe deck, a series of this-or-that choices, or one question a day. The scoring is identical in all of them — so a quick run and a full run stay directly comparable.
